This collection includes examples of silicates, oxides, sulfates, phosphates and other major mineral groups as classified in Dana’s Textbook of Mineralogy. The 50 specimens are approximately 1”x 1” and are number-coded in a compartmented tray. Grades 6-12. Geology is a required STEM subject.
